26. November 2007: During the past weekend for three dogs from here (1 Briard and 2 Chinese Crested) the this year's show season ended: We have been in Zagreb at the two days International Show. On Friday evening we started to Slovakia, where at the breeder of two of our Chinese we waited for their breeder and for dear friends; then during the night we went to Zagreb with two cars. The details about this weekend can be read by interested ones in our Chinese-Crested Homepage. On both days our youngest girl Courage (KAHLUA de la Maison du Garde-Barrière - CH Sel. TALISMANIK de la Chaume du Bois Dieu x ALOAZABOU "Zabou" du Noble Nid) could come up with gorgeous results: 11/24/2007 Exc. 1 CAC CACIB and a special award of a Croatian Briard breeder for Winners Bitch; 11/25/2007 Exc. 1 CAC Res. CACIB. We are mighty proud of our Courage! Courage could also make new friends and has spent the joint time with Ivana's Magyar Vizsla and the Chinese Crested of Ivana and Magda funny and playing! My warmest thanks goes out to my dear friends Ivana, Lubo, Ondrej, Magda and Franta for the fact, that during all the weekend they have been standing besides me, helpfully ...... for a dog which is not the same breed as their own ones. I am very proud and happy to have such gorgeous friends! THANK YOU!!!

September 4, 2007: Completely taken aback I have to acknowledge the goodbye of an especially tremendous dog of this kennel, even though I don't understand it. I nearly can't write these lines as the tears blur my look over and over again. Only about two weeks ago I could report about a wonderful holiday, and today this. ..................... Chaos, one of the most marvellous sons of Samson and Yazoo, who had an indescribable loving home and who could live an indescribable life there, passed away in the arms of his loving Mum Inger today in the afternoon. Also he was unjustly called much too early, at the age of nine and a half years and one day .......... I feel as if this boy had been my own, as if he had ever stayed here .......... Our thoughts are with Inger and Bosse, we know way too good how these great two persons, these very special friends feel at this point. At the moment there is no consolation, neither for them nor for us .......... maybe just a very little one: Chaos is now with this gorgeous parents and some of his siblings on the other side of the Rainbow Bridge, where one day he will welcome all of us together with his family and his friends .......... We will need time and strength to get over this loss and to cope with the pain. Inger and Bosse, we hug you tightly in our thoughts. .......... For your wonderful Chaos a big candle has been lit at our memorial site in the garden, from where it will send its light during day and night for several days up to the Rainbow Bridge to show him that we all are thinking about him and that we will never be forgotten. We thank you from the deepness of our hearts that you have offered this unique boy such a wonderful life, that with your help and effort during his inflammations and bad heart problems at his this year's birthday he could spend some more great months with you, and I also thank you for having been able to spend some unforgettable days with you, Chaos and Valise two years ago .......... If someone wants to place some words of comfort for Inger and Bosse, please leave them here in the notebook, where my two wonderful friends can read them at any time. Thank you ..........

|
Last night we have come back home from our short vacation in Switzerland, a vacation which we will never again forget. Nearly seven years after Yazoo's horror trip there was again an incident, of which I would wish that it had never happened. Friday, the 13th, has began as a black Friday and was black until the evening hours, full of panic and dismay, scare and uncountable tears: in the morning I was in the bathroom to prepare myself for a trip with Ruth and the dogs to the Rhine Falls. Ruth was in the kitchen, Courage changed between the bathroom and the kitchen every now and then. When I was ready Courage was gone. We searched in all the rooms, in the garage and ran to the meadows where we always had our dog walks .......... no Courage. Ruth informed the police as the house is placed at the main road along Bodensee, and we had to reckon that Courage may be run over. Then Ruth informed the vet and the society for the prevention of cruelty to animals, who forwarded this information to all the vets and animal shelters in the canton. Afterwards Ruth got into her car and began to search. I looked again through all the house and then went to the backside of it. There I had to recognize with scare that Courage had jumped over the balcony in the first floor: one could see the place where she had hit the ground, but there were no clues of Courage. The post woman just came and when I asked her if she had seen a big brown dog, she told me that she had nearly been knocked down by one when it had ran over the main road. She promised to notify us immediately, if she would see Courage again. Shortly later she came back and told me that she had seen Courage on a fenced meadow some place down the road. She took me with her on her moped to drive me to that meadow. I informed Ruth via the mobile phone and she also came .......... but Courage was not longer there. I walked through all the streets in the nearby area and Ruth continued with the car, but besides a notification of a woman in the neighborhood, that the dog had ran besides her garden some time ago, there was no trace of Courage. Ruth continued her search with the car and I went to her house shortly and then continued searching on foot, direction Bodensee as well as direction neighbor villages, but without any success of a trace. Ruth got a phone call that Courage had been seen running from the neighbor village direction our village. She drove to the named place immediately, but once again no clues of Courage. Then she picked me up and we drove through the area again and again. In the early afternoon Ruth's daughter Denise came with her two dogs and with three girls who spend their riding holiday with her, to help us with our search. We swarmed out to all directions, Denise gave out cards with phone numbers to anyone she met, and we left information at every farm that we were searching for a dog. A dog communicator was also asked by Denise to help us, and when Hans-Peter, Ruth's husband, came home from the office he also joined the search for Courage with Ferri. Later in the afternoon we got the information from a farmer, that he had seen a brown long coated dog running over his meadow. From all sides around this meadow we swarmed out, but again no trace of Courage. In the early evening we brought the three children for a rest to the house of Ruth and Hans-Peter, and Ruth and I went off again with the car for continuing searching the meadows and woodlands. At a small crossroad we stopped and walked to different directions, all the time calling for Courage. When I went back to the car again, I could hear a rustling in the brushwood of a small woodland. Once again I called for Courage and then all of a sudden saw a nose in the brushwood, which was covering a brook some meters down below. I ran there and saw a head in the brushwood. It was Courage, who could not get out by herself of the drained brook, as it probably was too precipitous for her after the many hours of running around. I held my girl at the collar while Ruth climbed down a bit through the brushwood and lifted up Courage from the backend. As anyone can imagine the joy of this reunion with my little Courage was indescribable - from both sides. At first sight there were no signs of any injury. Now it was meant to give all clear signal to all, so that the other ones could stop searching. Courage was pleased incredibly about the treats I offered her and about the fact that Ruth's car was opened and she could get into the already well-known dog crate. Ruth and I hugged each other and once again started crying unrestrained, but this time because of infinite pleasure and thanking Heaven that Courage had been found alive. Only one day after her first birthday my girl had incredibly many guardian angels. For me she has been born for a second time and in the future I will take even more and more care about her. .......... Having arrived in the house of Ruth and Hans-Peter, Courage was pleased to meet all and to say hello to the dogs, then she went straight to the water bowl. Afterwards she was checked precisely: the balls of the feet were ok, she moved slowly and limped a bit on the left back leg when she got up, but she did not respond to pressing on the muscles and the bones, on the muzzle she had a little scratch, which she probably had caught after the jump out of about five meters height. So luckily she just had a contusion and maybe a bit sore muscles after all the kilometers she had ran during more than eight hours. To mark the occasion, we went out for dinner and of course took Courage with us. She behaved as always, no stress and absolutely no panic because of the traffic sound at the main road where the restaurant was, where we sat in the garden and had a great meal. Friday, the 13th, in the morning and during the day a black Friday, in the evening a great lucky day. .......... Believe me, I never want to have such an experience again, and I hope that everyone need not go through something like that. In this place I want to thank Ruth, Hans-Peter, Denise, the animal communicator and the unknown children for the many hours they spent for searching for Courage and for the words of encouragement and the trust that we would find Courage safe and sound, as I envisaged already the worst things and imagined that I would have to drive back home without my little Courage. The reason why Courage jumped will never be known. We can only assume that she was scared by the sound of the cherry stone removing machine and at the same time having some driving by police and fire brigade cars with their alarm horns, not realizing that I was nearby, or maybe saw the cat disappearing over the balcony and jumped over the wooden balcony railing, meaning it was just a fence which she has to jump over. The continuing two days were wonderful, as were the two days before this event. We have only made shorter dog walks and had them easier, so that Courage could cure her contusion more easily within her youthful abandon. Some photos have been taken in the past days and they can now be found in the slide shows of Courage and Ferri (Frizzy's brother). Courage also has a new friend, namely the Tibet Terrier girl "Joya" from Ruth and Hans-Peter. Both the girls had lots of fun with each other during all the days and enjoyed the tolling at each and any dog walk. Therewith, Ferri had some peaceful days, as "Joya" is a very impetuous girl and stretches Ferri day by day. I also have some superficial wounds: just after my arrival on July 10, I have been bitten by some insect into the left eye lid and since then have a swollen blue eye, which gets lighter only slowly. When I was searching for Courage I once had to jump over a ditch besides the railway and since then have a blue left arm, and the hours of walking over asphalt and stones with not suitable linen shoes, brought injured toenail beds and removing toenails, so that for driving home I had to lend some open shoes from Ruth, which I am going to send back to her by post tomorrow. :-) Again back home the joy of the dogs having stayed back was really big, and now we enjoy one more week of holiday at home with high summer temperatures. The next news will come for sure, and hopefully only good ones!

May 26, 2007: Today in the early evening Kiara and Courage met each other in a dog area in Vienna. Both of them enjoyed it, and although it was rather hot they tolled around for about two hours. Quite at the outset Courage bit herself into her tongue, which was a mighty red mess - not only in the mouth of Courage, but also on Elvira's and my clothes, but with lots of cold water the bleeding could be stopped rather fast. This incident cost the playing and tolling of the two just a short rest, then it continued in the usual manner. For a short time also a young mixed breed boy was present, but the two girls were too much for him and so he demanded from his mum to go soon. Of course there are new photos which can be seen in the slide show of the K litter. Between the playing there were some breathers, and during that time some nice photos could be taken of each single girl. Therefore, the slide show of Kiara as well as the one of Courage has new pictures. At the first best opportunity we have to repeat this, and maybe then we meet some other dogs which have fun to run with the two - as they are used from the youngster lessons on the dog training place. |

May 26, 2007: Until today unfortunately nothing at all came of it concerning Miro. One of the problems are for sure the holidays of which lots of people make use for a short vacation. Another contact in Germany came to my mind - Wolfgang, who somehow also knows this line and lives in the area where Miro is now. I have written to him today and have described everything as well as asked for help respectively assistance. Next week the phone calls and e-mail will go on. At Briard in Trouble (at the links "Briard in Not" - Neue Heimat gesucht) Miro is online again since last night - unfortunately, according to my opinion, with a much too "harmless" description. But maybe it still helps, one will see. Anyway, I keep at this matter ..........
|
|||||||||
May 21, 2007: Sad news because of Miro: he must also get away from where he is since December last year, because he has again attacked another dog and injured him. I got to know this when I just had come home on Saturday from the Austrian Briard Specialty. As I also got to know now, Miro's aggression does not only restrict on small breeds but on any and all member of the same species. And what if Miro once also reacts like that towards children??? We don't know how it is in this matter, because for reasons of safety the contact to children limits to a big distance. I have immediately called Mr. from "Briard in Trouble" in Germany, as I had found the intervention advertisement in internet. Mr. Gowin did not even know, that Miro was not longer where he had been given to. Now he shall be advertised again at "Briard in Trouble", and I have sent all the known facst there. But the problem is that his owner expects me to come and pick up Miro latest on coming Saturday. I definitively can't and will not do that, as I will for sure not endanger the lives of my six small dogs and will not take the rist of injuries of my five Briards. Anyone will understand that I am not willing to do this, in spite of my feelings for Miro and all the offspring from here. I have no problem to take back dogs coming out of this kennel, which I have already done, but these dogs have by no way even nearly been to what Miro has been made. In this case I must set my limit as a breeder and say NO, even though I feel very sorry for Miro. I could only pick him up for putting him down, and this goes absolutely against the grain. Besides, I am not willing for something like that - because his owner does not want to do it - to travel a distance of 1600 kilometres to and fro. I have made uncountable phone calls on Sunday, but there is nobody to find, who can take Miro. Besides the fact that dogs are in the house, lots are understandably not willing to take the big responsibility for this dog, and there are also lots to whom I would not apply such a responsibility. Also my friends Ruth and Hanspeter, who have Miro's brother Ferri, try to help. The chances are bad in such a short time limit, in my opinion only a miracle can help. Yesterday I have also asked my dear friend Bruno, the owner of Nescafe (sire of Miro), to help me. Maybe he finds a way that Miro can at least be picked up from his owner and placed in a "stopover" till he can be given to someone who is experienced enough in getting along with a spoiled dog like Miro, respectively can keep him in a way that no more dogs are endangered. If this is not possible within a reasonable time we have to calculate the worst and think about, if it wouldn't be better to release Miro. Thinking about that makes my heart bleed, because from his soul and from what Miro has got from his parenst Nescafe and Yazoo, he is a very kindhearted dog, which has just been made by his owner to what he is now. If someone has a good idea, please contact me as soon as possible, because time flies inexorably and is not on Miro's side. "Congratulation" Mrs. Huter, you have the life of a great dog on your conscience, as well as the partly bad injuries of five innocent dogs and the dreads of their owners!

May 18, 2007: Today we celebrate birthday: our Whoopy (Excuse-moi Whoopy) and her siblings Cou (Ecoute-moi chez Bailywick), Echo (Elysée Noire), Raven (Escada Noire), Esprit and Shadow (El Ninjo Noir) are 8 years old. Happy Birthday, sweethearts!!! See to be spoilt all day long. Two of the siblings have already gone - much to early - over the Rainbow Bridge: Einstein and Romeo (Ch. Ecstasy Noir). We send loving thoughts to them and have lit a candle today for them as well as for their great parents Samson (Ugo de la Morne Plaine) and Yazoo (Sél. Loulou des Cèdres de la Montagne Noire, CGC). To the owners of Einstein and Romeo we can only confirm that we so much can understand how they are missing the two .......... And there is an update: In the slide show of Chili there are new photos of him and together with Alysha.

24. April 2007: Thank you very much to our puppy buyers, friends and homepage visitors, who have sent us their opinion about this sad story of Miro (Figaro Miro Noir) in e-mails or officially in our notepad !!! Some few photos of these dogs - by Mrs. Huter said to be "with coarse character problems" - from here, especially of Frizzy (Frizzante Furioso Gris), the brother of Miro, with small respectively toy breeds: And here is a video of Zabou and Yorkie puppies at the age of one and a half months: The ones who want to see many pictures of Zabou with the Chinese Crested boy "Voodoo", should look around in the galleries of our Chinese Crested Homepage. Many photos, which exactly show, HOW "coarse charactered" our dogs, especially the Briards, are.
|
|||||||||
April 23, 2007: In the beginning some words of Mrs. Huter out of some e-mails and out of guestbook entries (luckily I kept everything, provided with sender, IP, date, time): May 7, 2001: May 30, 2001: June 17, 2001, entry in the guesbook here in the homepage: October 28, 2002: October 29, 2002, again a guestbook entry, for everyone to read: October 28, 2005: October 29, 2005: April 29, 2006: Do all these mails and guestbook entries from 2001 to 2006 to anyone awake the impression that Miro is a dog with coarse character? Could or should I have recognize out of all these written words and the same words on the phone, that something is wrong? And now here are - as yesterday announced - parts from the answer of Mrs. Huter. These will cause all my puppy buyers and my friends maximally a sad general disapproval: "The first interested party had Miro for two days and brought him back, because she could not handle the dog. So 3 owners are out of the question." "You should be glad that I found a nice place for Mire. I have informed the new owners that there are problems with other dogs and that he cannot stay alone because of his continuous barking. I cannot at all imagine that you would have driven 1200 kilometres and pick up Miro from here, particularly because you have already so incredible many dogs. .........." "In this matter I have unfortunately heard many other things about your breeding." "Because of your work the puppies are left to their own devices all day long in the basement and there is lack of human contact in the phase of formative influence." "With numerous phone calls with Austrian Briard breeders and owners I could find out that this was not the first dog out of your kennel with coarse character problems." "For these character problems of Miro I have many witnesses. I think the character problems have already began in your house. ...... " "My first bad experience I made when Miro was just one year old. He bit a Dachshound nearly to death here in the village. He was totally calm walking around with us, and when he noticed the Dachshound he went after him. It was a disaster. He flipped and bit me and also the Dachshound owner. .......... I had contacted you several times and told you, that a meeting with other dogs was not possible with Miro. He attacked anything that was smaller than he was, even my son while he wanted to play with him. .......... This dog has made troube from beginning on, he turned to be aggressive already at puppy age when we tried to take the stick with which he was playing and he snaped at us (which got less after some time of training)." "I believe that he has made all the bad experience already in your house without you realizing this, or it is because you leave your puppies are all alone all day long..........." and "With Miro I fulfilled a dream of myself, but soon it was a nightmare. If only I had listened to my husband and had brought the dog back to you immediately." "I have given the dog to Mrs. Sch.... with a good conscience." "And please place another sensational story into your homepage. In the meantime I know that the majority of Austrian breeders take this serious, and besides that I also don't care about it." Well, it is fact that all the things which I write here in the homepage can be proved, and the ones who know me, know quite good, that I don't invent such things. I would feel much better, if I would not have to write about such happenings, if I would not have to make the experience that I was completely wrong with a puppy buyer, that I gave a dog from here into the wrong hands ...... I only write this, so that maybe other ones can learn out of such experience, and so that all the other ones who have siblings or relation of dogs from here, get to know that the one or other does not have such a nice life as their own dog, and in this special case I write it, so that everyone can see, what kind of contradictions come from that woman! So it's absolutely out of the question that this is a "sensational story! If the dogs from here realy have "coarse character problems" how comes that some people have already the second or third Briard from here? How comes that some wait for some years to get a puppy from here? "It's a pity that I had to make such bad experience with a Briard." We wish Miro and his new owner all the very best! And when I am on my way to Switzerland in early summer to visit Miro's brother Ferri, I will go and visit Miro (in case his owner does not need something from me earlier)!

April 22, 2007: Unfortunately there are once again bad news: On April 19, a woman from Germany called me to let me know that since December 2006 she was the owner of Figaro Miro Noir from this kennel. Previously her daughter had the dog, which was picked up from her from the previous owner Anya Huter because of an announcement (handing over because of trouble or putting him down), after her own Briard girl had died. I was shocked, as all my puppy buyers sign in the contract that they inform me immediately if the dog shall be placed, as I have the right of first refusal on the dogs bred here. Even more I was shocked when I heard that Miro was highly aggressive towards other dogs, and that he was given to the nower owner by her daughter because he had badly injured three small dogs. I was asked by the woman if something had happened here at the puppy age. I could tell her that the puppies are raised in the whole pack, that they have contact with all the dogs here and that these always treat the puppies social. This is absolutely no behavior of a dog from here, which can be certified by anyone who has ever picked up a dog from here. And none of the 22 children of Yazoo has ever shown such a behavior, exactly the opposite: all of them meet other dogs - no matter which size they have - always with friendliness and kindness, especially the F litter. Very much must have gone wrong at Anya Huter. Miro could not even play, he is now learning this with his new owner. And an important "document" is also missing: all paperwork has been handed over with Miro, even some correspondence between Mrs. Huter and me, but there is no vaccination certificate of Miro, so that we strongly suspect that the dog has not been vaccinated. It has to be speculated that the dog was left to its own devices and that Anya Huter only cared about her cat breeding, but not about Miro and Picasso (a Great Dane mix, which she had when Miro came to her home). Maybe Miro has gone through bad experience with Picasso, maybe he was suppressed by the older one and one day he has stood up against that ...... we will never get to know the truth. In no phone call and in no e-mail Anya Huter ever told me about problems with Miro. The new owner of Miro now does everything in her power, that Miro, maybe even being in fairly advanced years, can be brought so far, that he does not attack other dogs blindly. For sure some hard work, but I thank the new owner out of the deepness of my heart, that she took Miro to her home and that she tries everything with this boy, who from his natural is a real great dog and for sure only turned to be like he is because of how he was handled. I am especially grateful that she took contact with me. In case it does not work I asked the owner to inform me, so that I can get Miro back home, like I would get back home any of the offspring, to find a good place or to offer a retirement here (as I have already done it). Anya Huter has committed a breach of contract and I will reserve the right of any possible legitimate steps against her. In case Miro has to be put down because of his behavior, I will raise claims of compensation against Anya Huter! Tomorrow I will place an answer of Anya Huter here, which has just now arrived. My puppy buyers, friends and acquaintances will only be able to shake their heads and be surprised.

Chaos is back home again! The day before yesterday he did not respond to the heart medication, had to be transferred to another clinic, and we were in worry and in panic. Today he came home and also shows that he feels good. This reminds me very much in his mother Yazoo in 2004: on a Wednesday evening highest fever, at the vet stabilisation of the circulation and then off to the Veterinary University, Thursday morning emergency surgery because of four major infections, Friday at noon back home again. Now it's sure: Chaos is the same fighter as his mother was! Unfortunately he is also the same "Kamikaze" as she, because also he did not show that he was very sick, but waited till the last second ........... In two weeks an ultrasounds check is arranged to settle how his liver looks like, his gall ducts and his spleen (because also there something was seen). Fingers are tightly crossed, that nothing will be seen then and that Chaos will soon be the one we know, and that Inger can go through her own surgery without any worry about her darling, so that soon she will herself feel as good as she did not during the past years. We will not stop sending good thoughts and wishes over to Sweden. A belated HAPPY BIRTHDAY, dear Chaos!!!

March 3, 2007: The very best wishes for the 9th birthday go today to Chaos (at Inger in Sweden), Celine (at Lynda in California/USA), Champagne (Australia) and Chloé (Ontario/Canada). The most important that we all here wish: Healthiness for many, many more years, luck and joy for you and your owners. In my thoughts I hug you very tightly. For Chivas Regal and Clochard, who went much too early over the Rainbow Bridge, a candle is burning - as well as for the unforgettable parents of this litter, Samson (Ugo de la Morne Plaine) and Yazoo (Sél. AYCh. Loulou des Cèdres de la Montagne Noire, CGC) .......... For one of the C litter this birthday is terribly clouded: Chaos had to be brought to a vet clinic late in the evening of March 1. At an x-ray which was done immediately, "something strange" close to his liver was seen. Chaos got straightaway IV fluids, antibiotics and a shock therapy, he was very dehydrated due to roaring temperature. On March 2, an ultrasound examination showed, that there is fortunately no tumor and that the lungs are clear, but that it is a massive
inflammation of the liver and gall ducts, and because of that his heart rhythm is like crazy, which means he does not get the oxygen he needs. No wonder that the poor boy, who is usually full of joie de vivre, was only
tired and listless. From Lexi (Gaultier's Galaxie de la Maison du Garde-Barrière), a daughter of my dear Oh-Lala, I have received some photos which are now in her slide show. Thanks, dear Ilona, you have made me a real big pleasure with them! Really a beautiful girl that you have in your home. :-) And since today a new family member is joining the Austrian-French-Connection: DÉJA VU NAOMII "Naomi" Dandy Mate! The delight about the small one is big, but fraught with dismal thoughts and big fear caused by the condition of Chaos. ..........

February 25, 2007: Today a wonderful boy and stud, sire of 45 children (out of five breedings) in Europe and oversea, and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren in overseas, would celebrate his 11th birthday: Our SAMSON (Ugo de la Morne Plaine). Much too early - nearly two years ago - he went over the Rainbow Bridge completely unexpected. The glow of a candle will show him that he is unforgotten and still missed very much. ..........

February 17, 2007: We are again back home from our short vacation in Belgium. Lots of thanks to our hosts for their great hospitality and the beautiful days! Some nice photos could be taken from "Chica", Zabou's daughter, but I have not yet worked on them and so they will be in the slide show in the next couple of days. Unfortunately there are also sad news: With a heavy heart Eva and Ewald had to let their Akira go over the Rainbow Bridge only two weeks after her 13th birthday. My thoughts are with them and I do know how painful such a loss is. By this way I want to thank both of them very much for having given Akira such a nice home and that this girl could spend a beautiful life with them. For Akira and all the other ones from here a candle is burning again today. ..........

February 12, 2007: This night we are going to start a travel: it's direction Belgium where we are going to bring Zabou's daughter "Chica" to our friends. The other passengers of this trip: Zabou, Gizmo, Voodoo and Ula as well as me being the chauffeur. :-) In a week we will be back home - hopefully with some nice photos for the homepage. Till then ......

January 31, 2007: Today is a very special day: The A litter of this kennel is 13 years old ... a remarkable age. Congratulations to Akira, Alysha, Aramis and Aristide! Not only your owners are proud of you and are pleased that you accompany them them and that your are such gorgeous dogs, but also we here in your birthplace. That you are going to be celebrated today is perfectly natural! Dear thoughts and memories with the light of a candle go over the Rainbow Bridge to Atos "Caruso", Aron and Apollo, as well as their parents Sándor and Arwa, to which we are incredibly grateful for their gorgeous children.

January 31, 2007: For the new kennel name Caipirinha's there is also a domain now. From there you can get into this site as well as to the Chinese Crested page. From tomorrow on it should be online.

January 29, 2007: A great surprise was found in the mailbox today ...... a show picture of a young Briard girl ...... from the United States ...... a great-grand daughter of ...... Samson and Yazoo. Tintagel's Bronwyn de Beardsandrow "Raven" (born May 14, 2006) is a grand daughter of Romeo (Champ. Ecstasy Noir de la Maison du Garde-Barrière), who died in such a horrible way just some time ago. Thank you very much to Elise McMahon for this beautiful surprise!!! And in one of the slide shows of the K litter there are also new photos: Kalahari "Grisu". Thanks to Family Herdt!

And today a picture of the "snow dog" Ferri (Foudre Ferrari Noir) from Switzerland came, which of course is now in his slide show. Thanks, Ruth and Hanspeter!
